The Fishers of Men Tournament

Jesus said, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.” Matthew 4:19. Saturday, July 15, 2006. The Fishers of Men Tournament, www.fomntt.com, was held at Birdsong Resort and Marina. The night before the big tournament there was a prayer service and dinner held for the fishermen at First Baptist Church of Camden, located behind the old Wal-Mart store. The fishermen enjoyed a great day out on the water, with not a rain cloud in the sky. It was easy to see that they had a good day by the large fish that they men were reeling in. This was the second year of the tournament being hosted at Birdsong Resort, we enjoyed having them and hope to see them again next year. More pictures and results to come.
