LOWE Boat/ Mercury Motor being delivered to the Lions Club winners of Roger and Faye Sartain

Birdsong Resort and Marina of Camden, Mercury Marine of Fond du Lac Wisconsin and LOWE Boats of Lebanon, Missouri worked together to financally support a 2006 Mercury Four Stroke 25 HP Outboard Motor, 16’ LOWE 52” wide aluminum all weld duck and fish boat with a galvanized drive-on trailer to the Waverly Lions Club to be used as a fund raiser. Funds raised will be used to support the local Lions Club Sight Service Programs and the Summer Youth Program. A drawing will be held in August 2006. The winner of the boat and motor is Roger and Faye Sartain of Nashville taking delivery of the boat from Bob Keast of Birdsong Resort and Marina of Camden on September 27, 2006.

Congratulations to Roger for purchasing his six tickets from the Waverly Wal Mart store. A lot of hard work went into the efforts from all the Lions members who made this a very sucessful fund raiser. George Ross, Bill Povlin and other Waverly Lion Members are to be commended as they help the Sight Services Programs and summer YOUTH Programs of the LIONS CLUB
