RIVER RATS RETURN FOR YEAR 18 - Commemorating their 18th annual visit to Birdsong Resort, Marina and Campground, Fred Torres and The Savannah River Rats flooded the marina by boat for a action-packed, fun-filled weekend October 8. The group is a part of UT's Volunteer Navy and take the retreat occasion to make new friends, fellowship with old friends, and enjoy the UT game in a style that is all their own. The group is based out of Savannah, Tennessee, but many come from afar to join the "Rats" for their weekend cruising event.
