- Unit 5 is a large four bedroom modular unit with a 150 foot
"L" shaped wrap around wooden deck complete with
picnic tables, and charcoal grill. This unit features a captivating,
unobstructed western sunset
view overlooking beautiful Kentucky Lake, located less than 200
feet from the water's edge. It is the
ideal place for your family reunion, group meeting or corporate
retreat. The unit sleeps up to 12 persons. Available for
daily and weekly rental, rates based on 2 person occupancy, with an
up-charge of $10.00 per additional person per night. Catering food
service from 4 to 200 persons is available.

UNIT 5
ALL of our units have the following: A/C, pots, pans, dishes, dishwashing detergent,
silverware, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, soap, color TV,
microwave, coffee pot, toaster, in bathroom hair dryers, stove, refrigerators,
outside picnic table, BBQ grill. All units are also fully
furnished with furniture.
Food is all you need !!!
